How long does the full process take from RFQ to delivery?
Quote is delivered in under 4 hours. Upon order confirmation, lab verification takes 24–48 hours. Shipping is typically 2–5 business days domestically, 5–10 internationally. Total: most orders delivered in 6–10 business days versus the 55-week industry allocation.
How long does verification take? Can you rush it?
24–48 hours for most components. Rush verification is available for production-down situations — contact us directly and we will prioritize your order. Rush verification does not mean reduced rigor: the same tests are performed, faster.
What if a component fails verification?
You are notified within 2 hours of the failure with full rejection details. We immediately re-source from our global supplier network. You are never charged for rejected components. The rejected component is quarantined and either destroyed or returned to supplier — it never ships.
Can I verify the blockchain record myself?
Yes — completely independently. Scan the QR code on your certificate or enter the transaction ID at semiqor.com/verify or directly on Polygonscan. The record exists on the Polygon blockchain permanently, regardless of SemiQor's operation. No trust in us required — the blockchain is your source of truth.
Do you hold inventory?
Minimal consignment inventory. We source on-demand across our 75+ supplier network, which keeps our cash efficient and avoids the risk of aging inventory. This is also why our pricing is competitive — we are not carrying overhead on warehoused stock.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), wire transfer, and ACH. Net 30 terms available for approved customers. All quotes are free — you only pay when you place an order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide via FedEx, UPS, and DHL with full export compliance documentation. All orders include real-time tracking and signature confirmation. Export restrictions apply to certain destinations — contact us for specific country enquiries.
What is your return policy?
If a component fails your incoming inspection, we will replace it or issue a full refund within 30 days of delivery. The blockchain certificate provides complete audit traceability to support any claims process. We have never had a counterfeit escape our verification — but if one ever did, you are fully protected.
