What Happens When
Components Fail

Transparency is our differentiator. We publish rejection metrics quarterly and never ship components that fail verification. When a component fails, here is exactly what happens:

Physical Quarantine
Component immediately physically separated from passed inventory. Quarantine label applied. Cannot be retrieved or shipped.

Rejection Documented
Specific failure reason documented: which test failed, exact findings, images captured. Full traceability record created.

Customer Notified
You are notified within 2 hours with rejection details. You are never charged for rejected components — ever.

Alternative Sourced
We immediately re-source from our global supplier network at no additional cost. Your order is fulfilled.

Destroyed or Returned
Rejected component is destroyed or returned to supplier. Never resold, never re-labeled, never enters another order.
